Championship Point Series
The Championship Point Series (CPS) is Michigan’s premier grassroots racing series.
The CPS raises funds to support local chapters in their ongoing advocacy work and trail improvements. The Series supports state-level advocacy. The race series attracts all levels of racers from the first-timer to national and world champions. The races are exciting and competitive, as well as beginner friendly for those wishing to try their first mountain bike race. See the CPS Rules link for more information.
All Racers are welcome to compete in the Championship Point Series. No license is required but you must register for the series on
BikeReg to have your points tabulated.
Racing in CPS events helps support MMBA advocacy and protect the trails we all ride.

How to get your previous season’s Series Trophy if you miss the MMBA Expo
There are numerous Championship Point Series trophies yet to be picked up. Your first opportunity to pick them up will be at the Yankee Springs Time Trial in April or the Fort Custer Stampede in May. If you would like it sooner or can’t make the first two races of the series you can pay to have the bell mailed to you. If you choose the mail-it option, this will cost $5.00. Email me at CPS@mmba.org and indicate if you would pay by mailing the funds or paypal. I will respond with either my address or paypal account information. The $5 will cover postage and the mailing pouch needed to be purchased to ship it. Thanks- Dennis
