Trails in really good shape. If you venture onto the newly cut section after the broken water main(creek) it is ridable upto a point then you'll have to hike your bike about 200 ft to Joy rd.

Bad shape

The trail goes along the side of the river in a way. So its always on a sideways incline. They did a good job of flattening it for the path, but when it gets wet this incline will increase the level of difficulty of the trail. Which I guess is for any trail that gets wet.

There is a bridge on the path, right after a moderate right turn. Apparently this bridge is out. I rode it today and as I went across the bridge it started going under the water. I don't know whats on the other side since I never made it. Took a little swim. On the bright side, no leeches

Maybe this bridge is just an obstacle when the trail is dry!?

That little boardwalk was put in just to help with the slight water that comes in that area after a normal rian. After a week of rain I'm surprised the *beep* thing didn't end up at Greenfiled Village!!!!! After that is a nice cruise along the river then back up along side of it to a nice berm tun that leads you to the last part of the trail. We will be having a trail day in Sept or early Oct. Keep an eye out, we will need alot of hands.

OK, Ill come out. That bridge should be marked or something since it was my first ride I had no way to know it was not stable during heavy rain.

At first I was on the wrong corner. I think NW corner. I followed some trail into an area that looked like an abandoned Temple

To be honest, it looked quite nice if it was not so flush with water.

Rouge is in a state of flux it would seem. Trail sustainibiltiy issues and lack of active riders and a TC to keep it open. :? It could use some from the local area to ride/maintain it and help turn it into an even better ride. :)

Sooo, I think I see where the trail head is for Rouge....

How about parking in Rouge Park? Do you just pull it over to the side of the road?

I work a few miles from the trail and would love to get in some riding during lunch...........
