Yankee is ready to ride, even on the dry side. We need rain.

Did 2 laps today at Yankee. In very good shape. Only a few spots of snow but you can ride around very easily. Leaves covering alittle but getting better as more peeps use.

I rode Yankee on Sunday morning and it was outstanding. No snow on the trail. Very grippy and tons of fun.

Sounding good! I am hoping to get out there on sunday morning or afternoon, depending on temps, for a ride! Only rode it once last year and had a blast.

Anyone going out today? Or been out recently? I was wondering if there were any updates on the condition of the trail.

I rode a couple laps today and the trail was in excellent shape.

By the look of things, the local trail crew performed an AMAZING job clearing all the damage from last weeks storm. I've never seen so much fresh sawing and clearing on a trail …..ever. They must have worked their tails off to clear all the blow downs. Props to everyone who cleared things up so the rest of us could ride it. It was well worth the 2 hr drive to ride Yankee Springs. I hope they have a tip jar at the time trial next month, as I intend to donate some $ for their great effort.

Thanks agin to those that put their time and sweat to clear the trail.

Trail was in excellent condition today, probably the best I've ever seen it.

Went out to ride on Tuesday and lo and behold they were doing a controlled burn shutting down parts of the trail. We were able to avoid the active fire areas but there's going to be a different landscape out there for awhile.

Absolutely perfect out there today! Dig the new 1.5 mile reroute/extension, that was a little tough on the second lap though.

Trail still riding well, but the sand is collecting in the low spots. Large tree down on the loop north of the parking lot, at the bottom of the rocky hill with the caution stake by it.

if anyone is riding Yankee today and happens to see this, I left a Craft base layer and a Bontrager jersey in the changing station at the trailhead yesterday. Trail was in great shape.

Had the opportunity to ride Yankee the other day and loved it. Pines section = awesome -- natural and thoughtful challenges (devils bowl?) = awesomer.
Killer overall variety in my opinion. Thanks to all who obviously work(ed) hard to make it so great. Looking forward to getting back there soon.

Rode Monday night, trail in great shape. Two trees down - one just past the 4 mile marker, the other coming up out of the switchbacks.
