It's going to need some time to set up from riding but it's nice trail and fits in well with the rest of the trails out there and it's on interesting terrain. Some of the switchbacks are a little steep and the corners are sharp so they seem like they will need some armoring and adjustments later to make them hold up. It will be well worth the effort though because those steep hills are becoming more rare around here.
Because of the way that trail has been built, piece by piece over the years, it really lacks the cohesive planned feel of the newer trails in the area. The mixture of two way trails, connector trails and short cuts plus the lack of initial signs pointing people where to start I think would make it very complicated for a first time rider. Also there are the new blue signs that I'm assuming are for the winter fat bike route and those are sometimes in direct conflict with the white signs for the normal route. Maybe that's just fine and people just need to go out there and explore. It's not like you can get lost out there and not find your way back to the lot. This is the way it was when I first start riding there back in the day, no signs, just ride around and experiment.
