Anyone up for a River Bends ride tonight in lieu of Stony?

Any alternative rides planned for this evening (assuming Stony is, as yet, unready for our tender ministrations)? It may be the last chance to use that wool chamois until November! :P

I have not been to Stony since the day after the last big snow (the skiingwas great that night) but the woods leading into Bloomer are still quite white.

Snow crust on the two track looked good from the p lot. Might be something there. Might also be a post hole disaster.

Meh. Probably going to do ~15 miles on the dirt roads while they're still frozed. :P

The MTB trails aren't ridable, so is anyone interested in doing a ride from Onyx along the Macomb Orchard Trail on Wednesday evening instead? Meet at 6:30pm, roll at 6:45pm, out to Romeo or Armada and back?

Fingers crossed, but I think weather is looking good for this Wednesday's ride to actually happen on trails. It'll be brisk, but sufficient. Woo!

I would think there is a good chance the trail won't be that ridable till someone gets a chance to get out there and clear debris. Probably pretty littered, and possibly blocked, due to the Saturday storms.

I'm out regardless for another two weeks. Once this school term is over it will be time to get some miles in!
