An answer to my own question...
Rode the trail a couple of times this week. It is in pretty good shape. There is some of the typical debris on the trail and three trees down across the trail - two in the first wooded loop (one on the trail and one over the trail, but too low to duck under) and one in the third/last wooded loop. Other than that, it was very good.

Rode this yesterday, either the trees are still down from the above post, or additional trees have fallen. I counted at least 3, but I sort of stopped counting after a while.

Those are new trees, probably from the storm that blew through Wed. night.

only one tree down yesterday, unfortunately in a spot that would have great flow otherwise. i still really like this course.
