Rode the Farm last night. It was in very good condition. Some soft spots in the Expert, but that's it. Fast and furious! Too bad it's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow cause the trail is finally drying out.

Novi Summer Arts schedule posted at: http://www.cityofnovi.org/Government/PressReleases/2009/PDF/090617Sizzling.pdf

Lakeshore activities include Tuesday morning "Puppets in the Park" and Thursday evening "Concerts in the Park". Kind of a nice way to balance family activities with riding.

I'm thinking about checking out Lakeshore after work tonight since i've never ridden it yet. How will this trial be after yesterday's rain, ridable or should i head to Maybury and let it dry out?

I would definitely give Lakeshore a day or two to dry out before riding it. It's usually the last place to dry out after a good rain, whereas Maybury seems to dry out quickly.

Checkout Commerce as an alternative.

Yep, did three laps today and the trail was really nice. A few slick spots but by the third lap was drying out. Fast, Fast, fast! 38 minute last lap. hit it!

Just for the record, you're talking about Maybury, right?

Either that, or my fastest Novi lap will bow in submission to your fast Novi lap. :)

LOL

I am seriously considering trying to get involved with the relay. Never raced MTB, but sounds fun. Just gotta find a team!

More rain in Novi. Again, please avoid this trail for the next few days...

I'm getting real tired of this...
