Thursday Night Addison Oaks Group Ride

NOAA has the heat index listed as between 100 and 104 for 7pm. I'm starting to reconsider this ride tonight.

Don't blame you... OTOH, what's a little heat stroke amongst friends?

I don't like seeing people vomit after the initial difficult climbing.

I plan to park at the school.
I'll hydrate with something colorful (red, blue, green??) for the amusement of those who are at the top of the first big climb

This ride hasnt been rained out yet has it? Ive seen to peeps riding (3:40p -ish)on the way home.Will the trail be in dry enough for ridding. i know its madd hot out... but does it dry out that fast?

It does dry out pretty fast. If there's been no rain since early this afternoon, we should be OK.

Showed up at the school parking lot at 6:30pm ...silver Ford Escape with 2 empty bike racks on top...hung around for a while, nobody showed so went home and mowed the lawn.

Meeting point is Addison at 7 with roll out at 7:15. Not sure who went tonight. I couldn't make it. Should have ridden one there.
