I am sure this will incite some sort of riot, but it was particulary frustrating putting in a hard 1st lap in the sport single speed race and sitting in 4th only to have to come to a complete stop for about 45 seconds as I merged in the middle of an equestrian group riding the course. I did not say anything other than I needed to get by as soon as possible. they came to a complete stop themselves and seemed confused as to what they should do next. it was at this time that a pack of riders got caught on the backside of the melee. They were not as courtious as I was and I heard a couple obscenities fly. The whole situation was frustrating to all involved I am sure.

Result related, what is going on with the blank columns in the Expert (and Sport) results?

Some have long first laps, no other laps and a final time, or no lap times at all.

Unfortunately the timing tags were placed on the number plates in a horizontally orientation instead of the required vertical orientation. For the most part, they still worked. This was not the case if the timing tag was directly in front of the handlebar. This caused missed reads at the lap split and the finish. We were able to hand time most everyone at the finish to give them a total time, but not at the lap mat. I have removed the lap times since they are incomplete. If you are missing from the results, please contact us. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the clarification Tony.
I just didn't recall seeing this before. You guys still did a fantastic job as usual.
