FS: '05 Specialized HardRock Pro Disc SS - $400

Postby grtpmkn » April 18th, 2012, 12:13 pm

For Sale: 2005 Specialized Hard Rock Pro Disc (medium size frame) that has been converted over to a single speed. I bought the bike new and all parts on it were purchased new as well. Running 2.50 Maxxis Hookworms on it. Bike is in VERY good shape and is sold as shown (minus the Crank Bros 50/50 pedals). I have most of the stock parts still that I took off for the single speed conversion that come with it. Price $400 firm. I am near Lansing. Send me a message if interested. Scott

I have a 2009 HardRock which I'm looking to convert as well. What parts did you use to get the job done? Is it possible to use proper single speed cogs in the front/rear without a tensioner? Did you swap out the fork? Mine has a crappy suntour fork. :( Any advice you have would be great!
