Wow. ok.. know that spot well... on another note was anyone out (4/4/12) Wednesday night around 6:30-8:30? There were some people filming a movie or something on rollercoaster? Just wondering if they have posted any of the shots or what it was for?

stony was pretty much perfect this morning. played in the skills area,then i changed pedals and went for a ride. tacky and perfect. there was a guy picking up trash in the skills area.

i am going to try to make it on the 21st.

get some rides in. weather.com is showing 3 days of rain starting sunday.

Nice and dry out there today.

Rode the 11 mile loop today with my new bike and gps computer. Small puddles, nothing that wasn't easy to avoid. Didn't find any other trail issues. Good ride overall. Glad the weather broke long enough to get out there. The slight dampness made for an easier time in the normally loose points. Nice and quiet too since rain scared most everyone off.

Would LOVE this. Would have been particularly helpful when I first started riding Stony.

I made a map just like this when I first rode stony as well and sent it to the T.C. of that time. I wonder if its still around.

There was a tree down in the beginning of the Roller Coaster, just around a turn that is just past the mini rock path. I'm sure it's gone now, but no one posted. Took a pic, but don't know how to upload the bugger.

It was still there a couple of hours ago.
It will just take 3 or 4 willing tree-huggers to drag it off the trail.
If it is still there by Sunday, we'll take care of it during the trailday.
