G.Cook, sounds like you will be a busy man tomorrow. Gotta believe the old girl won't be rideable for a few days due to mud and down trees.

Edit: I should add, I hope all that live in the area came through with minimal damage.

Not sure. That tornado was a little more south of the Poto , other side of N. Territorial. Around Pinckney , it was rain and some hail and not much in the way of strong winds. We will have to see in the am.

Yeah, I live in the neighborhood where it hit....and the tornado wasn't that close to the Poto. The winds, though, were probably enough to bring some stuff down. It's been a crazy night.

I would also suspect , given how flooded my back yard got from an hours worth of massive rainfall , that there is going to be some serious erosion issues out there. Should be interesting.

If anybody gets out to the Poto and has an assessment of trail conditions, please post. I have a feeling that it isn't going to be good out there based on the storm and the winds that came through. Try to indicate specific areas where large trees are down so they can be cleared.

I'll have the Poto Trail Runners check in and report as well Jason.

Muddy in the usual spots otherwise surprisingly dried out . Erosion wasn't to bad . Have fun making new lines. Gosling loop will be muddy but it's your choice. Go ride.

Thanks G. Cook for all of the work and updates. I hope to see some reports on trail conditions today (saturday) as I may drive up Sunday Morning. Sounds promising though.

Trial conditions are excellent except for the muddy spots as noted. Sun. weather forecast isn't looking good.

Dry, firm, fast today. One muddy spot. No trees down. Skipped Gosling. Lots of foot traffic.

A lot of trail runners prepping for their big to do coming up shortly at the Poto. Gosling wasn't all that bad.

Gosling Not bad but slick in all the wrong places. I walked a couple spots, not sure I would ride it again if I had the choice. Well not until everything gets a little drier. The meat of the trail was great, moved some brush and small limbs but nothing crazy.
