Thanks

Should be good tomorrow before noon

Conditions were great today. About an inch of packed snow, some slick spots and bare dirt spots. Ride early before the afternoon thaw each day.

Do you think it will be too muddy/soft this Friday or Saturday A.M.? Low temps are predicted to be above freezing.

I would go as early as possible but don't push 35 degrees, especially if the sun is out

Parked at Luton tonight to do road ride to Cannon trails. It looks like a muddy mess and I would not ride there unless temps are below freezing.

The weather will be too warm to ride Luton over the next 7 days. Please stay off the trail during the mild weather. On a positive note, Yankee drains great and should be fine over this span of time.

Drove by today and could see standing water and pizza cutter ruts on the part along the road, which is exposed to the sun / wind. If that part isn't even drying out, I would hate to see the rest of the trail.

Did you notice how wide the trail is getting as people look for dry grass to ride on? *beep*

Yes, it looked like even the grass is getting rutted. I didn't give it much thought since it's a two way trail there along the road, the wider the better. Hadn't thought about what the actual trail might look like being worked over the same way; that sucks.

I'll be sticking to the dirt roads. I hope it gets cold soon, EV is going to be open in ~ 3 weeks.

Did a road ride from Cannonsburg to Cannon Township trail to Luton on Monday. Parking lot was mud, main trail leading from the parking lot was mud, but guess what people were still riding it. Come on guys I wanna ride too but lets not trash the trail.

Tried to ride Luton today about 6-8 inches on the trail, made it through the orange and black loops in an hour and a half. We need some fat tires out there to make it ride able.

Anyone been out there recently? Should be frozen...is there any snow on the trails?
On 2 wheels, or thinking about them

My yard is clay and it is REALLY MUSHY right now with the warm temps the past couple of days. I know there is some clay @ Luton Park too..... My guess would be it is not rideable. Bass River might be a better option to ride. I'm still waiting for someone to respond on that thread to see if it is icy.
