To be specific, one tree is down just before mile marker 4 on yellow (at the start of the long gradual climb on yellow prior to the log piles). Very large. Another set of tree branches down just before mile 5 on yellow (just after the fast straightaway). Will also need chainsaw. Also a big leaner at the top of the hill just past mile 5 on blue (near the Common Juniper sign). That just might need to be muscled out of the way with a group of helpers. The trail was beautiful today! Last ride for me here until the snow flies (let the hunters have the park for awhile).

Thanks for the specifics. I'm heading over in the morning to clear them.

Hiking with my dog today, came across a tree down just after the 9 1/4 mile marker on the Blue loop

Other than the trees is the trail rideable? Would like to get out this weekend. If not I will stick to the pavement.

I'd stay away. It'll surely be a muddy mess. After the ground freezes it will be good to go.

great ride this morning....2 laps on the blue and yellow loops. Several trees down. One 5.5 miles in on the blue loop, another maybe 3/4 on the yellow, and one BIG one near the end coming to the parking lot.

Looks like Friday my boss and I will get trees cleared, since park policy is to have two men while operating a chainsaw, and he is away at a meeting today.

Toilets are clean though. :D

Will post back tomorrow with updates.
