Here's a link to a cool write-up explaining why the video was made and including the second and third place entries, which are also worth watching: First annual "Shoot the Trails" benefit.

Sounds like an awesome event, but it's a bummer that their trails have been falling to logging on the mountains they ride.

What an awesome video. I can really appreciate the hand splitting of the ceder planks having done it
myself for a non MTB project. It is a hard and labor intensive job. Here is what im doing now but
with a chainsaw and it still a alot of work.

Sorry, you will have to wait and see. If the rain hold off I sholud be able to finish this project
