Wow, as soon as I mention I won't be there, the volunteers start showing left and right!

Let us know what time, I'll likely be able to make it also.

Anyone who shows up gets free race entry, right? (Yeah, I'm kidding!)

I won't be able to make it on Sunday but I may be able to do a few things on Friday or Saturday afternoon. Jeff, is there anything I can do solo that would help get things done?

I believe the time is still 9 am, unless you guys want to make it earlier....

Let's say 10:00 at Riverbend. Bring cordless drills and bug spray.

Thanks Dave, I think we are in good shape. I really need at least 3 people to get started, due to just the weight of the beams. Looks like we will be covered on Sunday. I already cut all the wood that I can ahead of time..Thanks though!

Just wondering why this got bumped to 10:00 from 9:00 Jeff? No biggie I just have to leave by 12:30 at the latest either way. If there is something that I can get started on earlier let me know. If not I will see you at 10:00.

Shaun,

Non bridge building tasks include:
1) Clearing out boB's. There is still some debris from the flooding covering the trail in a few spots. Maybe a rake and then some pruners to clear slappers.
2) A general ride of the trail(s) to remove branches and slappers
3) I think the bridges entering the first field could use an adjustment on the approach. A board or something to create an entrance ramp.
4) Weedwhacking the portion of trail that comes from Red Route one to the Riverbend road.

I am thinking about trying to get out of work early today and doing a route exploration again, if you are available.

You will be done quickly with Bob's, I rode through there today and cleaned out the worst parts of it. It would be good for you to do another pass, though, I wasn't being particularly thorough.

Are we going to have access to the DR trimmer tomorrow?

No. I can move it outside and F7 can pick it up if he wants, but it hasn't been started since last year, and was barely running at that point.

Another option is to clear Swamp Thing along the river. There are some hangers and face slappers on the route.
