I concur. My "girls" can be a real pain, but I don't have much of a problem with mountain biking. If just any old sports bra won't do, then I recommend a bra that is more fitted as opposed to the generic, 80s-style sports bras.
I bought this one when I forgot to pack a sports bra for Superior Bike Fest: Patagonia Active Sport High Impact Bra-C/D. I love this bra for things like step aerobics and plyometrics - types of exercise that maximize bounce.
Stupidity SHOULD be painful!!
