"Sliver Lake?" B-)

I love this ride but I like it lots better when it falls before hunting season starts. Just one less thing to worry about. As long as your changing the lake name, maybe bump it back a week for me?

We would normally hold it one week earlier, but the Dances with Dirt folks beat us to the punch.

I can finally make it this year! Been putting this one off for I don't know how long...too long, due to other things getting in the way. Let's hope nothing crops up again to take away from this ride.

Thanks, Bill--if they beat us to the date that's the way it goes. Probably not a huge deal anyway.

Geff, it's a really fun ride--lots of trail and enough dirt road to break it up nicely. Fun way to spend a few hours!

The best part (imo) is getting to ride some of the Waterloo. That trail is screaming to be multi-use (sans horses) :P .

Right on! Waterloo needs to be hooked in with the Poto...FULL TIME, so we can do true epic. Looking forward to it, as always.

That is a great ride. I even somehow found enjoyment out of having my teeth rattled for a few miles on the rail trail. That ride gives Cardiac a whole new appreciation after 40+ miles into the ride.

I've ridden all three, just not on the same day as with this event. Can't wait!

Awesome weather, great beer and food (Thanks, Tree Fort Bikes and AA Brewing!!) and, of course, a fantastic ride. Not much better than cruising through those beautiful meadows on Waterloo-Pinckney on a crisp fall morning!!

Thanks to Bill and all the others who put this event together. A GREAT day!!

Question / suggestion. Had a great time last year. However between my fitness level and my ride of choice ( a Heckler does not make for an efficent road bike, even dirt roads) all the road riding get to be a issue. Any chance a suggested "shorter" route be developed for those that want to enjoy the access to Waterloo, but then return to Poto trail avoiding the Lakelands trail? Kinda of like a DTC ( Double Trail Challenge)?
