Bonus bragging rights for doing the pump track and sessioning features during your lap...

A certain someone that I know did 20 laps on the pump track last Tuesday - a new informal record!

20 laps with, or without pedalling.........that makes a huge difference in the "impressive" factor.....

It's got to be w/o. Who'd brag about doing twenty laps pedalling? That would be just dorky. :P

Yup, it was a great day spent with good food and good friends! And bikes!

The bake off was a really bad idea. I really shouldn't eat anything else for the next 3 days now...

I had a good time, although I did not stay long after I rode the trail for the first time. For those that noticed, I was the guy who tipped over right next to the pavilion. Hopefully I will get better at unclipping when I plan to stop. Really enjoyed the Lakeshore trail, however.

I was the one who rode a Specialized demo bike up and down the hill and then fell over sideways when I didn't realize that my shoe had entered a toe basket. I somehow landed on the end of the bar with my throat and had to leave. I'm sure my co-workers will think it's the biggest hickey ever.

That sucks :!: I was wondering why you didnt stick around very long :?

My 4 miles of activity yesterday ended by nutting myself on what I thought was a new log pile at the end of the Spiderman loop ... uhh, IMO it still needs some work

Great day though! Plenty of burgers, dogs, chips, great chili and lots of deserts and the weather was much better than last year too 8)

Well that one's in the books!!!!! What a great day for our B4!!! I would first at foremost like to throw out a HUGE thanks to all the volunteers that made this day so great. There were so many that I know if I tried to list them all I would miss a few and I just would not want to do that. But without any of your help no matter how small or large the contribution rest assured we could not of pulled it off without your help.

Thanks to Mike C. for bringing the fire pit which was well used ALL day!!!

Thanks to CycleTherapy(Ernie) for all the great swag & for the great rally raffle prize(Mary SS frame), which Martin (Limey) won.

Thanks to TrailsEdge(Mike Flack) for all the raffle swag and on the spot fixups on bikes  .

Thanks to Beat the Train(Andy Staub) for the great swag (I won, love the hat!!!).

Thanks to Matt D for the "skinnies" for all to test their skills on.

Thanks to all the entries into the Chili Cook Off and the Bake Off, after everyone feasted on all that spicy chili they just had to sweeten it down on that huge dessert table!!!! I must throw a shout out to Loren and Kim for all the cookin they did, you guys RAWK!!!

Thanks to Dave and the gang for running the "Punch Clock Rally", it was such a "HOOT"!!!

Thanks to the "Dangerous Duo" of Matt D. & Amanda P. for handling the raffle calls like true experts!!!!!

Thanks to all who participated in the events and I'm sorry we did not get to the "Rim Toss" or "Huffy Toss"(bad time managment on my part).
But Ali and Jason were the BIG winners ( Love those faces as they try the 75lbs).

But again without all of you coming and enjoying all the fun and food we would not have been able to collect the close to $700 that was made for the MetroSouth Chapter. Thanks to all and here are some pics in no specific order and I hope you enjoy them. The one's of the empty park area are the results of the GREAT clean up all of us did to restore it back to its original order, THANKS everyone!!..........

Wow- looks fun. Taking all those pictures is probably the reason you ran out of time for the events.

It sounds like there was a lot of carnage though.
