Hickory Glen maintenance?

Rode the trail last week to find many fallen trees. Just wondering if there is any scheduled maintenance. Would like to volunteer, just need to know when.

Also, I was wondering if the Wolverine Lake police ever patrol the park. While riding the trail, there was a motorcycle (dirt bike /2 stroke) ripping through the trails (mostly 2 track). Is there anyway to prevent this?
