We are looking for several volunteers willing to help out at the annual Healthy and Fit Expo.
In exchange for our assistance in setting up (8 to 10 am) we receive a free booth at the expo (10 am to 4 pm).
If you are able to come out and help set-up, or are willing to hang out during the day to talk bikes and local trails with those that stop by, please donate some of your time.
This would be good for those that can't make it out to a trail day. Plus it is inside, so your chance of getting poison ivy or mosquito bites are greatly reduced.

Bill, what time are you planning on being there?
I believe set-up is 8:00, but I will verify, and the thing goes until 4.
