This is true. I challenge anyone to do a 25 mph uphill endo better than that one!

I'm bumping this because I think it sounds like a great ride. I'm not ready to commit to it yet but I think we should keep it in mind! I've ridden some of the NCT that's covered by this and it's pretty swell stuff!

Is anyone from the mid-state area going to this event or considering it? I haven't registered yet but hope to ride the 55 mile. Would be fun with company so if you are (maybe) going and interested in carpooling and/or riding together, post here or send me a PM.

I *might* be able to do this yet. The obligation that I thought I had the last weekend of June is actually the last weekend of July, which means I should be available the 23rd.

The big question for me is whether I will have to work this Saturday or not. I may not be able to commit until the Thursday prior.

I've only ridden the Marilla section of the NCT and it was fantastic.

Fingers crossed.

I want to do this ride but I can't commit until I see how I'm doing--Dealing with some back/shoulder issues right now. Time will tell! Oh, and I generally prefer not to commit to a ride like this until it's close enough to see what the weather and trail conditions will be like. 8)

We sat around ate chili and drank beer. Oh yeah, and rode our bikes for a bit too. That's about it.

The (20th? edition of the) Triple Trail Challenge is this Saturday; an awesome 45-mile ride over single-track, dirt roads, rail trail, and some bitumen in the Poto Chapter area. Who from MMMBA is in for 2012?
