Did the course change for the 2012 race?

Thanks Eric

Good luck to those running this. 100mi is just to much for me. Even at 29yrs old I feel this would break my body with some permanent damage.

Very slight changes, going up wed next week to start marking. If 100 is to much team up and each do 50miles.

Unfortunately I can't attend this year but it's on my tentative schedule for 2013

Have a great race everyone- maybe some people are doing it as a warm up to Lumberjack

Brett, a question on the race format....

Will there be a pit or aid station on each lap, or do I need to plan on self-supporting the full race?

Looking forward to this race. My first 100!

If it's anything like last year, there will be aid stations at the start and somewhere halfway thru each lap...The one halfway through the course was well stocked with an assortment of goodies (sadly, no beer) but I don`t recall what they had at the start/finish. If this is your first 100, I would suggest setting up your own Aid station and bring an assortment of fuel and junk for those just in case moments....See you out there and good luck!

What was the drink that it was stocked with? I going to assume HEED.

I am so effed next weekend! Needless to say if I didn't already pay my entry I probably wouldn't be doing this.

Is there another Kmart in Grayling other than the one at: 2425 S I 75 Business, Grayling, MI 49738. That's 6.6 miles to Hansen Rec Area. Am i missing something or is the # pickup location different from the start area? Any help appreciated.

That's the only K-Mart in town...I think the race starts there in order to get as close to 100 mile laps as possible. It's actually a pretty fun police escorted roll-out into Hanson Hills. Once the race gets going though, you don't come back to K-Mart, the rest of the race and pit area is at hanson.

Yep, just 1 K-Mart in town and it's NOT 6 miles to HH. # pick up @ Hanson Hills Fri evening and will also have @ starting line Sat morning. Registration is open all week on-line as well.
