Stony Creek

I'd like to do some filling of low spots in the Pines Saturday am.
Let me know if you're able to help.
I need to be out there early, (7AM) Sat morning.
Another wheelbarrow would help.
I'm planning to haul in the fill from the 2-track and use Quickcrete to firm it up.

Thanks, Pete.

The BOW clinic will be in the Pines most of the morning Saturday, might not want to make it harder on the beginners than need be

Why, not?
What better way to learn how the trails are built.
After all, some new faces at "trail day" would not hurt.

The BOW clinic is to get women into mountain biking, not co-opt them for trail maintenance. We're planning on being done early enough so that there's no conflicts.

Thanks to Mark, Steve, and Bill, we got a lot of the mud pits in the Pines filled in. It's likely that new puddles will appear but for now, it's a big improvement.

Enjoy.

Yea "Old-timer", :P it would be nice to see you again!!!
It was a last minute decision to get out there Sat AM and we did good with the limited time we spent out there. All-in all, We hauled in about 2 1/2 yds of fill into the low spots.

See you,
Pete.

Thank you for all your hard work! It sure made the BOW go more smoothly for the beginners group. They probably didn't notice the work you did, but we instructors/helpers sure did.

Agreed! It would have been much more difficult to get my novice group through the pines if it were still in the condition on Saturday that it was on Friday. You guys did great work! Thanks again for all you do!
