Robinettes Trail Day October 23rd/Fun Run 10/24

Postby RickPlite » September 27th, 2010, 9:41 am

The Dirty Herd, Gazelle Sports' trail running group, is planning a trail maintenance day at Robinette's for October 23rd at 10:30 and has invited the wMMBA to attend. Bring branch pruners and rakes. They are also planning a 4.5 fun run for the next day (October 24th) at 5 pm called The Dirty Herd Fall Classic. The event is open to the public and is completely free. They will be providing donuts and hot cider, as well as water - they just ask that you bring your own water bottle. New Balance will be raffling off a pair of shoes.

Will the trail be open for riding afterward?

Done, with great success. Thank you to several MMBA members and several Gazelle trail runners who came out to work in the rain.

Yep, a couple hours of work this morning had the trail looking really nice! Got a couple loops in afterward. Get out and ride it!
