Please, please stay off of this trail until it gets warm and sunny enuf to dry it out which is probably like mid-May. I was out there to today to check out the West and Lucky Dawg sections and it is nothing but mud, mud and more mud ! (walking on the sides) Saw only dog and deer tracks, but a buddy of mine reported encountering some stupid A**hole riding his bike with his dog on the South loop sinking 3 inches into the early thaw and most likely didn't think that he was causing any damage. DUH  Probably the same guy that broke a Bud light bottle on the entrance sign that I picked up. :!:
What the F--K ? Why are some people so stupid ? They seem to breed faster and in larger numbers than the smart people I swear.Use your head !
I love mountain biking because I haven't found anything that is more FUN !!
Of all the paths you choose in life....make sure some of them are DIRT !!

Commuting miles in 2012 = 1065
Total road/trail miles = 2800
Number of rides = 152
Trails ridden = 28 different in MI, 2 in Oregon

Muddy mess. There are a few "dry" spots but I walked the whole trail with my saw and it is almost all mud.

Ugh. This weather sucks man. Plus with all the rain coming, I wonder if any trail systems will be ready to ride before june.

Walked it yesterday with my dog and there were only a few spots that were dry enough to bike. Mostly on the side where the powerlines/small creek are located. I didnt make my way to many other places but it isn't quite ready to be ridden.

Walked it again yesterday, and there were several people riding the trails. It is in no way ready to be ridden so these people should be cursed! The area by the old car is pretty muddy but has been shredded up by some irresponsible riders. Again, the area by the electric towers was fairly dry, but inside the woods it is still pretty muddy. Just a heads up.

Sweet. Wanna head out there tomorrow? lol! I was thinking about hitting hickory glen, or anything that is rideable tomorrow before work if I can get the rig finished.

Looks like we have some rain on the way and it will not take much to turn M-T into a mud bath!!!
