An answer to my own question...
Rode the trail a couple of times this week. It is in pretty good shape. There is some of the typical debris on the trail and three trees down across the trail - two in the first wooded loop (one on the trail and one over the trail, but too low to duck under) and one in the third/last wooded loop. Other than that, it was very good.
