You can by pass the downed tree at the 2.2 mile ramp if you go to the left before the ramp....we cleared a path.. the hole was a small tree someone has been digging out for a couple of weeks. Think this is bad you should do Brighton. We did Brighton and then drove to Milford and rode our bikes through proud lake into Hickory Glen yesterday. That was a ride.Nice pictures.

I rode from 2:30-5, Silver Trailblazer right by the trailhead, I only saw dog walkers out there, no other bikers. Not sure how you'd miss the tree by the ramp. I couldn't see any reroutes by the ramp, the leaves were everywhere. I saw all the new graffiti as well, they must have pulled up one of the yellow markers just past the little wood bridge (the one with the sharp right or you hit a tree), I put it back in as best I could.

The pile of debris in the field was removed last night by Walleyed and Chris_F. THe low hanging tree after the "tight switchback" section has been getting lower for about a month. I was going to see if it would fall completely with some of the high winds to limit by exposure to cutting suspended timbers but it looks like I'll have to get out there soon. The one after the trials area is new to me. I'll see what I can do to get out there, probably won't be until Friday before I leave for Iceman but I'll try and get out sooner....

Out there yesterday hiking around with the girlfriend, and we saw a jeep stuck quite well on a mound on the service road....
Dude, his 3 sons were there for a while I'm sure... Funny stuff :)

Walleyed and I got out tonight and managed to take care of the two trees that were down....Get out and enjoy.....the trail looked to be in good shape but with all the leaves down I'm sure it's a bit hard to follow....also, watch out for the roots hidden under all the leaves...they're still there even though you can't see them!!

Thanks for the help Dave!

Rode Sat and Sun this weekend.

Trail is in great shape.

What is with the 'Somewhere, Nowhere, Anywhere' painted signs that someone put up?

They are put up high and are facing the opposite way of traffic........
