Rode today with Mike Blitz and the trail was in PERFECT condition. Had a blast and love the flow of this trail. This weather is fantastic for riding.
The Eagle scouts were out there replacing lots of the benches with new ones and working on the bat houses. So I was told.

trail was in decent shape last night. a few puddles here and there, but no big mud holes. I skipped Limey's Loop and Expert Loop (first two sections) because I assumed they would be muddy, but in retrospect they may have been OK.

Todd,
Nice seeing you out there yesterday. You should have done all of the loops. It was a little muddy, but all of them are very avoidable. Hit me up next time you ride.

We rode trail and it was in perfect shape today. A little dry but not complaining as this trail is nasty when really wet.
Found one long fingered glove and turned it in at entrance shack.

Couple big trees near mile eight are cleared in case anyone was coming back for them.

Went out around noonish. One or two small mud spots, otherwise good. Leaves and pine needles are starting to fall, making for some soft spots. Traction is excellent.

I live on the west side of the state and I am in town visiting my parents. I am taking my wife here tomorrow. I'd classify her as a beginner. I haven't ridden here in a couple of years, so my memory of sections is not very good. Any sections that you wouldn't take a beginner on?

The Farm was surprisingly in good shape yesterday morning. Limey's & expert were tacky, but very few puddles or standing water. There is a large tree down in Limey's and another large tree down just before you cross the bridge heading out from the 754 to the main trail area. This one is kinda on a blind curve so be aware. Both trees will require a chainsaw. The rest of the trail was tacky & fast with the exception of the spiderman loop. This area had the most puddles and didnt withstand the rain very well.
