How many people are there at the Tues. rides? Last year I was there for one of my usual solo rides and insted of the 4-5 people I normally see, there had to be over a hundred. I had never seen so many people on any trail.
It really varies depending on the weather and season. In deep winter when it's in the teens and there's fresh snow, there may be only one or two. But in perfect summer weather it's a pretty popular ride.
Tree farm was in great shape today, no real mud or standing water on the trail but some greasy spots where the usual mud puddles are at. The crater seems fine again, last time i was out there when I made the comment it looked like a bunch of pizza cutters at the bottom that lead into a ridge, it's been smoothed out.
Making my way around all the local parks. I managed to ride out here three times this weekend. Fun trail to ride day or night. Whoever cleared all the leaves; awesome job!! Great place to ride a singlespeed. I am riding a 32x18 on my GF Rig and it seems to be a good gear for this trail as well as Maybury and Highland.
Thanks so much for taking care of the Tree Farm trail. I've been riding it every weekend this fall and having a great time. Clearing the leaves has made it safer and faster. That birch tree barely hit the ground before you guys had it cut up.
