Saturday 6/2 trail was ok for the most part. Due to Friday rain there are some mud puddles to watch out for.

???- Does anyone know the actual distance of the trail starting at trail head from main park and finishing there too (including the expert loop)? My cycle computer and GPS on phone give me different distances. One around 9 miles and the other closer to 10 miles for the full loop. Just curious.

I got ~9.5 miles with my GPS. :P

You're going to get all kinds of different numbers depending on type of device and "methodology". Don't sweat that too much, and just average it out. 8)

It also depends on how many times you session trail features or loop the pumptrack :)

That's true. I did do the Crater one extra time there. Probably didn't change the distance much, though. :D

Where the course is changed for The Relay, at least one rider last year amazingly got less ACTUAL mileage than did the rest. Crazy?

Rode the trail tonight, and there's a tree down on the first bridge (around 1.8 miles in) with many broken and pointy branches aimed at oncoming riders. If you usually come flying around that corner, be prepared for a sudden stop! :o

The Strava Leaderboard is back up for Lakeshore Park, if you care about that sort of thing.
Someone "inadvertently" flagged it as hazardous.

Enjoy your weekend

Enjoyed the trail today. Dry and very fast. Managed to clear the skinny after the crater. Said F it and just decided to ride it. 2 spotters helped, but I didn't end up needing them.
