The trail is around 9.5 miles and there are mile markers but u probably won't see them. I think of Pontiac lake as 4 big climbs. 2 mile hill, the long swoop before campground road, campfire hill ( someone had a full bonfire there once), and the final climb. Don't know if that helps but have fun today!

Go easy for the first 2 miles, then ride hard!
2 mile hill is almost as difficult as the PUKES which it replaced.
The hill after the bowl will be a bigger challenge!
Have fun!

Naw you just need to build up some steam, but then you need to know where the hill is.

Trail was in great shape. A couple of spots with mud but overall it was for the most part either tacky fast or dry.

Anyone make it out to Pontiac Lake today? Hoping today's weather dried it out enough for a good ride tomorrow.

I just got back from 2 laps. There were a couple spots of standing water - in unusual places, and a few greasy corners in the usual spots. Should be pretty perfect tomorrow.
