Nice video Derek. You guys have done a great job out at Bloomer.

Hopefully, we'll see some more of that white stuff soon.

Frozen fast and fun didn't encounter any areal areas of concern around noon today except way downriver near Yates some trucks came though and it is rutted beyond belief. I could say the new stuff is soft but it's just bumpy but it's all frozen.

Rumor has it there are a lot of blow downs from this past weekend's wind storm. I don't have a lot of details but my wife said she tried to walk the stairs and had trouble even getting to them and ended up turning around from the MOT/CRT side.

Rode Bloomer yesterday, while there are still some soft spots on the new stuff back by the cricket fields and the upper and lower ridge trails being a little soft...the trails are in great shape!

The river trail is full of downed tree's, maybe like 5 or 6...Dan might be out there on Friday to cut them all out. Dustin, Dan said he'd text you to see if this is okay and if you're up to going out there tomorrw am.

Is Bloomer dry, including the lower stuff? Any wet spots on the typical race loop to avoid?

The upper stuff was some wet spot but ridable except some stuff around the cricket field over the weekend. Went with my 7 year old so no clue on the tougher stuff.

Bloomer had a few moist spots but nothing to stop riding over. I still get turned around here, I try to follow the latest draft of the trail map but still left stopping at crossings and with all the *beep* rogue trails :? . Hoping to frequent more this year and get a solid loop figured out.

Dry.
Damp.
Bumpy.
Smooth.
Soft.
Firm.
With this much new singletrack, the conditions will be varied for a while now.

I really like the new entry / exit to the old climb next to the sledding hill...
The new mini tech loop was rolling nice today as well...

Nice job guys!

You missed bumpy with spotty moiusture leading to a dead end at some flags and a pond. Maybe that was just my route this afternoon though.

No, we we didn't miss that section. It reminded me too much of work to mention.....(Dead end....)
