Hahahahahaa, you guys have done a ton to get a good loop established. You deserve to ride it! I'm going out tomorrow with the gf, probalby do one big lap, and I have laid out a mini lap using the new stuff off the river trail, which allows her to get more comfortable, and me to haul butt and just catch her every couple laps, (It's only probably a mile.) Hope to see you out there!

Rode here last night, and it was great! Trail is in good condition and there are wildflowers blooming everywhere. It's worth a ride just for the scenery right now.
This is the second time I've ridden Bloomer since the signage was completed, and it makes a HUGE difference. There were still a couple slightly confusing spots on my first time through, but this time I was able to blow right through without a second thought. So much more fun than the confused map consulting I used to have to do at every intersection.
Great work on the signs and the newly cut trail sections down by the river.

+1

Used to ride here a bit in the early - mid 2000's... the new trail sections are wearing in gaining flow and adds a nice diversion to the techie western sections which make me want my flat pedals.

Its cool to ride a new section that is still only 10 -14 inches wide... rather than 3 to 4 ft :!:

Someone(s) poured some hours into this trail - great work and many thanks, I'll be back often this summer ..

Here is a little video I made up of Bloomer Park, as I do a lap currently. It's 2x speed, and Youtube's stabilization is a bit janky, so I may try to improve it and re-upload.

Is there an updated map of the trail? I started watching the video and I'm not even sure where you started!

If you start the video at about 4:40, that's the parking lot most people start at.

Heads up! There's a tree suspended across the trail at head level just past the wood bridge/planks on the way to the Enchanted Forest/River Trail.

The dirt was good only one or two wet corners this morning, last nights storm was all blow no soak. A few trees down, and debris everywhere plus a lot of low hanging stuff. A couple fo the trees sneak up on you so watch out.

berms seem to be sprouting like mushrooms!

thanks for the marked loop again, I just made some connections based on the loop and now have some better ideas where to get to some places on the 2track to cut to some sections.
