New tree down near Y3 with no ride around. Gonna take a chain saw to clear it out.

Let me know if/when it gets cleared. Do I understand correctly that the tree is in the old apple orchard area before the boardwalks? If it doesn't get cleared by Friday, then we can avoid the section with the board walks for the Black Friday ride by using the central field on the two-track and then into the eastern field towards Hitchingham.

I ride this trail a fair amount, but don't know where Y3 is.
"Nice bruise. What did you hit, a tree?"

"No, the ground."

Might be some rain overnight on Thursday. Weather will be cool and windy. However the crowd will be big as 52 people are signed up as of Thanksgiving morning. WOW!!!!

Map box filled up again. Met someone lost on the trail today, so I helped him back to the parking lot. If your out there riding and come up on someone, make sure they're okay and not lost. This is a big park that can be easy to get lost in, especially without a map, compass, or GPS. Lets take care of each other out there!

Filled up the map box and added a scan code for an electronic copy in the case that the box is empty.

Found a kids Nike glove on the main trail loop today. I put it in the map box.

Rode it today. A lot of foot traffic. Looked like I was about the only set of bike tracks. May have been some early in the snow. If anyone was worried about going to Rolling Hill but didn't due to not having a fat bike, I would air down the tires and head to Hewens Creek. I was beat for sure. Got a little mixed up and rode the red loop twice thinking I could cut out the north meadow.
