This. All of the new trails that I can recall coming on-line in the last several years have had someone who lived really close who was willing to get out there on a frequent basis to get the ball rolling. CRAMBA has the behind-the-scenes resources to get stuff done; what we lack is the person who has that "vision thing" to dedicate a bunch of hours to initialize the trail.
