Please make sure you escort them by the Trials area incomplete as it may be. Maybe he will be interested to know about it, maybe not. Exposure would be good, though.

It all depends...

Postby mkow1234 » January 28th, 2003, 1:48 pm

It depends on a few factors:

* What time they get into town

* How tired they are after their five-hour road trip from Pittsburgh, PA

* How long it takes for them to get checked in at the hotel

* How long it takes to help them set up a booth at the exhibition building (Springfield Oaks)

* Weather, traffic, etc.

I'm supposed to get a call when they get within an hour of the Pontiac area. I'll try to expedite their arrival details and get them out to Novi as soon as their booth is set up for the Show. Which brings up a good point -- Novi people, unless you plan to be setting up at the exhibition building on Saturday afternoon, you ought to provide me with some means of contacting you (cell phone number, etc).

..........spoke to Joel K. today, and he says that he is "definitely going to ride Novi this saturday" and that his lights were "charging with anticipation"!! So, if you'd like to ride along I would suggest that you leave your phone number with Matt K or "Skot Silvurz", because it does appear that it will be at a unknown time. Have your lights ready also, because it may turn out to be a night ride!!!!!!
....Those of you that haven't been to novi in a few months since the BBBB party, the trail has broken it very nicely. And, there are several new small sections that have been added for your riding pleasure as well.............hope to see you all saturday at the Novi ride.............stay tuned..........H.I.D...KEVIN........OVER...........

.....if anyone has any desire to ride at Novi today, the folks from DirtRag will be taking a ride out there today with us around 4pm. That is still a very tentative time, but it is the best quess I have now.......stay tuned if you are interested. You may want to charge your lights, because if anything it will be a little closer to dark. And, lights will most likely be necessary for this ride anyways................I will post back a firm time in the next 1-2 hours............H.I.D...KEVIN.......OVER...........
